Founder of KN Advisors (2015). 15+ years leading fractional CFO mandates across Indian and global SMEs. Personal underwriter and signatory on Karncy deployments.
Operations and delivery leadership across multi-country SME engagements — books, payroll, compliance and statutory filings.
Chartered Accountant leading financial planning, MIS and treasury oversight for portfolio companies and Karncy investee businesses.
Owns HR, payroll and people-compliance for clients across India and overseas operations.
The same operating principles that have governed our client mandates for over a decade are what govern the Fund. Investors aren't asked to trust a track record — they are asked to trust an operating culture that has been audited every year by the clients we serve.
Every mandate begins and ends with fiduciary trust. We take signatory authority precisely because we are willing to be held to the highest standard of accountability.
Capital under management is treated as a personal obligation of the partners. Every rupee deployed is reconciled, reported and traceable to a verified use of funds.
We do not take mandates that compromise our compliance posture or the long-term interest of capital providers — even where short-term economics are attractive.
Our partners are operators first. We have run books, payroll, treasury and statutory compliance for 150+ companies — that operating muscle is what protects investor capital.
Across a decade of fractional CFO engagements, KN Advisors has consistently delivered to client commitments — the same discipline now governs Karncy.
End-to-end finance, compliance and HR delivery across manufacturing, services, technology and trading businesses in India, the US and beyond.
Karncy was not designed in a boardroom. It was assembled from a real, recurring problem we watched our clients live through — and a parallel opportunity we watched go unused.
Several of our SME clients held confirmed orders from blue-chip customers but had no working capital to execute them. Banking lines had tightened, and existing facilities were not flexing fast enough to meet demand.
At the same time, other clients of ours were sitting on surplus funds in fixed and current deposits earning low or negligible real returns — capital that was safe but unproductive.
We bridged the two sides. Over a couple of years, surplus capital was deployed across various structures — receivables financing, project partnerships and structured advances — under the personal assurance of Siva Krishna and the operating control of KN Advisors.
The pilots delivered. Repeated success across deployment models, multiple industries and multiple investees built the conviction — and the playbook — that justified institutionalising the model into the Karncy SME Synergy Fund.
